Be between 12 – 18 years old
- If you are turning 12 this year (2026) or early next year (2027), you can come back here and sign up then!
- If you are turning 18 soon, you will need to sign up before your birthday.

- The signature of an adolescent is called ‘assent’
- And the signature of their trusted adult is called ‘consent’
Read and agree with the Information Sheet
- This information is on the PIS, the Patient Information Sheet
- It explains the project, and what you’ll be doing.
- You can stop anytime, this is called ‘withdrawing’ from the study.
- You won’t be paid to be in this study, but we do have some vouchers to give away.
